From the moment we are born our feet we cover them with little mittens, a sign of just how important our feet are and will be. Do you talk to your feet when you wake up in the morning....hello feet, I'm afraid I have got to stand on you again...are they willing or are they hurting...your feet need to be treated with respect, nursed, soothed and massaged. Then covered for the day...until at the end of the day, you sit down and give them some air....yes a comfortable shoe makes the day less tiring.
